Assessment
Psychological Assessment

Psychoeducational, Forensic, Personality and Neuropsychological Evaluations are typically conducted over a number of sessions.  Frequency along with the time necessary to complete the assessment depends on the referral question along with the types of assessment administered.  The agreed upon hourly rate applies to direct contact time in session collecting data (e.g. interviews and testing), and includes non-direct time on materials, time spent scoring, interpreting data, and report writing.  The estimated total assessment time depends on the nature of the referral.

Personality Testing May Include:

  • Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2)

  • Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III)

  • Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)

  • Rorschach Projective Measure

  • Thematic Apperception Test

  • House Tree Person

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Intelligence and Cognitive Testing May Include:

  • MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery (MCCB)

  • Delis-Kaplan Executive Function System (D-KEFS)

  • Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status Update (RBANS)

  • Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS IV)

  • Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS IV)

  • Conners 3 (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Conners Continuous Performance Test 3 (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

Consultations
Consultations

Consultation rates are based on hourly services.  The hourly rate that is agreed upon applies to direct contact time spent discussing each individual case, and includes non-direct time spent reviewing the applicable records.  This may also include case management services that help to facilitate stabilization, stability and support in the community and with third parties.  In the event that assessment services are sought following a consultation, the consultation fee is deducted from the total fee for the assessment.

Our clinicians can meet with you at your home, office, or within the community of your choice.  We have been brought in to consult within hospital settings, supportive housing centers, transitional living programs and schools.  Our team can work to offer supportive ideas, trauma work or suggestions for ongoing treatment.

We can also support with referrals for Social Security Disability, Health Insurance Issues, Special Needs Trusts, Government Benefits and Case Management Services
